Once submitted:
We will receive receipt of your online submission. You will then receive confirmation (subject to availability) of the allocated time/day of your presentation (29th Sept or 30th Sept) – any requests will be taken into account if a definite slot has been confirmed.
Once confirmed, the event marketing team will promote the title/theme & speaker on the web site and in our support marketing.
Technical specification:
Presentations will be managed using a “plug and play” format, ie. Speaker presentations should be loaded to a memory stick and brought with you. A house laptop will be made available for your use which will be incorporated with the A/V set up in the in-hall open forum. Presentations will be scheduled at 15 minute slots, therefore, ideally presentations should not overrun 10-12 mins to allow for Q&A. A moderator will be alongside ensuring time-keeping and making necessary introductions to the attending audience.
A copy of your presentation should be supplied as a backup prior to the event, This should be passed to a member of the management team or the technician on-site in the event of any unforeseen problems prior to presenting.
