Helpful points for exhibiting successfully

DISCIPLINES IN EXHIBITING TO MAKE THE BEST FROM YOUR STAND:

We would recommend:

Exhibit personnel: use tall counters / high stalls behind if sitting. (Visitors are less likely to approach personnel sitting around a table as if in a meeting.

Greet visitors standing.

Display promotional material prominently.

---

Ensure all graphics are adhered to walls correctly and the right fixings are utilised. Double check if ordering graphics from contractor).

---

All boxes/packaging material is removed/out of sight and that if you require space to store extra information/packaging, this is requested from the general contractor prior to the event.

---

Ensure you have booked the correct supply of electricity and other supplies requried (displays could require more than the standard package offered).

---

Leave plenty of time for set-up.

---

Order a/v equipment (preferably from recommended supplier). On site contractors may cost slightly more, but you have the peace of mind that any errors or faults can be recitifed.

In the event that equipment is delivered by an outside company and faulty, onsite contractors are often not allowed to assist unless the equipment has been hired through them.

Book accomodation early using the recommended hotels from our web site where rates have been negotiated for you.

---

If any display requires extra assistance, ensure this is ordered through contractor prior to event and that a schedule is in place for drop/off or collection on dismantle.
