Suitable flooring must be fitted as a provision of exhbiting.

Please ensure all risk assessment, method statement, Public Liability insurance, Sign-off requirements, etc are in place.

SET-UP: Tuesday 6th November - Access to hall - 2pm - 8pm

Space only stands: as instructed - From Monday 5th November - 1pm (half-day build extension)

Melville - contractor for the event will set all turnkey shell scheme package stands. No furniture is included - please contact Melville directly to confirm furniture/display requriements as required.

DISMANTLE: Thursday 10th November - Breakdown 4pm - 10pm

Space only stands: as instructed - Extra time slot - Friday 9th November (half-day dismantle extension) HALL MUST BE CLEAR MIDDAY

Breakdown of displays cannot be undertaken until the end of the show at 4.00pm unless advised accordingly by UK Tech Events Limited management/organiser.

All ensuing waste must be disposed of by exhibiting company on dismantle. Residual will be charged by contractor to respective exhibitor. Storage of containers, etc is the responsibility of the exhibiting company. For assistance -Please contact Melville Logistics

(The organisers of the Advanced Engineering UK 2012 Exhibition make every effort to ensure that all co-locating conferences / exhibitor space locations are as shown, however, in exceptional circumstances, it may be necessary to alter conference programs / location of booths or layout of the show floor, whereby any affected delegate/ speaker/ exhibitor will be informed immediately).
